ORBIT MODE
When I started approaching my fifteenth year in the field of education, and after early mornings and late nights, doing the endless tasks of a teacher, a head of department and a director, new realizations emerged.
21st century is demanding and day after day, we educators and leaders lose our sense of self as we serve all others. We give unconditionally and although this is rewarding, we do feel drained sometimes due to challenges that are beyond our control.
This is my story now - admitting our need as educators to nurture ourselves as we nurture all the people around us!

Heads of Departments, Principals, Directors, Managers ...

Let us embrace that need and discover ways to clear our paths of awareness, rekindle the fire of life within us as we draw our trajectory high up!
Let us fix ourselves within orbit, so we can be stable and weightless facing our daily challenges at work !
Let us reboot ourselves, be joyful and passionate about our goals, so we can withstand the forces trying to pull us down!

Let us be on"ORBIT MODE"!

When school communities start their academic years enthusiastic to implement their plans and to proudly represent their vision, mission, objectives and values, they feel overwhelmed with high expectations - Departments of Education on the one hand, and accrediting organizations on the other !

One study can make this entire process not only very effective in meeting the three requirement sides simultaneously, but also rewarding and enjoyable !

TransKPI Track : Transdisciplinary approach of Key Performance Indicators
( Versions available according to Departments of Education of countries respectively, and American or British system accreditation )

Internationally accepted means internationally approved, internationally accredited !

Schools carry out remarkable plans and aspire global recognition. Whilst many schools succeed, others struggle to meet the international standards, set by the system of education respectively, American, British or other systems.

Designing and implementing a school improvement plan SIP can be the most effective chain of evidence to prove continuous commitment to quality education.
Maximize school artifacts to demonstrate genuine, actionable steps that are based on data and research, rather than collections of files and lack of a clear school statement.

Quality Education means transdisciplinary, 21st century learning, and secure, healthy, and active learners. Earn your genuine objectives and proudly go Global !
Spacious, resourceful, and modern school premises, highly-qualified teachers, robust curriculum and assessment systems, yet some schools struggle, and even fail to keep academic and social life in tact. Lack of cooperation, commitment, and harmony hinder not only growth, but also joy and satisfaction !

When most schools invest millions, and exert tremendous effort, setting almost perfect physical school environments, the hard factors, they often fail to recognize those factors, that are of no less significance - the soft factors! Using my self-designed tools, such as ORBITS diagnostics, ORBITS Standards for Conduct, Organizational, and Pedagogical Practices SCOPP, and ORBITS rubrics facilitate the process.

How can schools create a strong infrastructure that can withstand problems that naturally arise in any workplace? How can schools develop sense and sensibility as they carry out daily tasks and assignments? How can schools create stability, positive attitudes, and ownership so that all stakeholders orchestrate to achieve a balanced and healthy environment ?

Only a healthy climate and culture can yield healthy learning !
School owners, principals, directors, heads of departments and teachers can enhance all types of skills - leadership, pedagogical, cognitive, and operative as they see necessary, either through a requested Evaluation Session or a suggested topic.
